Hi, I've recently chosen to go back to contract phones as I'm probobly spending waaay too much on credit, plus it's a pain constantly having to call up and top up my phone! Seen a couple of good deals on phones on places like: http://www.moneysupermarket.com/MobilePhones/default.aspx but I've heard mixed reviews about practically all mobile networks (apart from Orange, apparently they're just awful no matter who you ask!) I'm currently on o2 pay as you go but whenever i've had to call customer service they've not been very helpful. Anyone had any good experiences/deals with any networks in the UK?
I heard from a friend that o2 are really good with their customers, expecially when you're upgrading your phone. anyone else got any recommendations/warnings??
