    Hey I'm new here and I was wondering which video card would be the best for the price. I'm looking to play games such as Half-life 2.

    Whats your budget and what format i.e AGP or PCI-E X16 ;)

    Well benchmarks say 7800 GTX is the best card out there, but is only available in PCI-E 16x.

    6800 GT will play those games just fine :)
