Best Video Improvement Software

    Can someone tell me what is the best software to edit your DV-AVI from camcorder, to make the picture sharper, make the colors brighter, and improve the picture, like applying some filters. So when i burn it on a dvd the final project looks awsome.?

    Yes Premier is Good and so Is Sony Vegas Video But for actual Good Filters for Cleaning up Noisy Images I find that the Filters used By AVISynth are some of the Best and even the Filters in Virtual-Dub are very good for cleaning up Video....
