Best way to watch usb/cap video input for free?

    i know win-dvr is kinda nice, but don't have time to goto the store and get it, and was hoping there's a device that has similar functions to that? and i know people will laugh but it's using a USB Dazzle device, not the best for resolution but i just want to watch some Tv and stuff in the office here, and my old crappy Tv just took a crap tonight, so if someone could help w/ some suggestions, that'd be great.

    it's Dazzle DVC-80 (old bugger)
