I have a 3 year warenty from best buy i was wondering if they would give me a new psp( mine is kinda screwed up, the home button doesnt work ad the screen is very dusty) , because i opened it and if they give it to sony they would charge me, does best buy replace it for you?
I got a better idea,brick your psp and take it to them.Say you left it charging and it wouldn't start up
Depends if it is a replacement warranty or repair warranty. They only offer certain warranties for certain products. My XBOX 360 died a few months ago, I took it to Best Buy and they gave me a new one with no questions asked, because I had a replacement warranty. The new XBOX 360 Elite for example, is only offered a repair warranty, so they will try to fix it first, after they fix it, if it has the same problem 2 more times after that, then they will give you another one.
ohh shiet i called them and there like there gunna send it to there people and there gunnatry to repait it and if they fail or its to expencive thell replace it, should i brick it??
ok i used my psp warrenty from best buy. water went to into my psp and some buttons were not working. i just called them and send them my psp. After somee time they send me best buy gift cards so i assume they will do the same thing.dont worry just send it they dont care that much.one thing dont say them that u damaged it. just say its not working
wtf gift cards? how much on it ? cause i when i called them they said if its too much to repair they give me a new 1 , so im about to brick it lol if anything tell me now!
I bought a 2 year. They had told me no questions asked anytime I want, bring in the psp and theyll give me another new one. They said you get a few scratches, trade it in, etc. So Im gonna wait a couple more weeks for them to have some slims and just trade up.
