They suck! They shipped me 3 Nintendo DS screens and 2 were faulty. After I requested a refund they gave me the run-around for 3 weeks and then closed my account! When I contacted them from another account they said my account was "forbidden" because I was being "unreasonable." Uhhh... excuse me?! Requesting a refund for damaged merchandise is unreasonable how?!! STAY AWAY FROM FOCAL PRICE!!! What options do I have now? File a claim with Paypal?
only insured with paypal if buying from ebay, its in the buyer protection agreement, same thing happened to me with dealextreme they still got my money and still suck, www.priceangels.com im trying now but the site looks the same as previously mentioned sites ok so far though. 9 months have passed my item from deal extreme still not in stock they keep asking me wait 1 more week and won't refund.
