yeah i just downlaoded the cd1 and cd2 image of bf 1942 and burn it to two cd. installation was no problem, but when i play it said that i need to insert the correct cd rom into the drive. i tried putting both in but didn't work. so i downloaded the no cd patch from kazaa and it work perfectly until i install the 1.31 patch needed to play online. without that i couldn't play online. so is there a 1.31 no cd patch i could download. please help
well, i had the same problem but i fianlly solved it when i found the 1.31 crack for bf 1942. what u gotta do is to download immersion's 1.31 update crack to play. If you will provide email, i'll gladly mail it to u. u can try downloading it at gamecopyworld.com find it by typing 'Battle field 1942 crack' in the search bar. try to use other file sharing applications. find out about them in the file sharing application forum
The 1.31 patch updates the Safedisc cd protection to 2.8.x or 2.9.x, therefore making your backup a failure (if burned with a 1 sheep burner). Use Daemon Tools and mount the image using Safedisc and Laserlock emulation and see if the game will play. If not, then grab the 1.31 patch crack, lol.
