Re-install ur whole comp...or uninstall all msn's and use a registry cleaning prog to completely "take them out" and then install msn messenger 7.5...I will send it to u...just incase ur's is f***ed...or ask sum1 else to send u cuz since I have dial-up, I get lazy when it comes to sending ppl stuff...and contact microsoft as well.

    P.S.
Did MSN ever work flawlessly on the comp ur having problems with? If so...re-install xp from scratch!!! Problem solved!

Today i tried to change the D-link, i put the "aztech adsl modem" just to check if the problem with the router i use. After i change the router i notice that the MSN work fine 100%, but i like D-link because it gives you the full speed of your DSL, so i replace it and now im trying to fix the D-link but the same issue i couldn’t solve the MSN problems.

so now i know that D-link is the reason for this big issue.

i resend to D-link, and i explain the issue. and they replay to me this is what the told me:

    RaMMaS,
From your email it seems that you have some queries with the DSL-504T
    router.

You need to open the ports on the router for using MSN Messenger. You can follow
    the link given below.

Should you require further assistance with your D-Link products, please reply to
this message, or call toll free at 877-453-5465.

For D-Link's prefered Home Networking application please try
    http://www.networkmagic.com/nmlp/dlinksupport.php from Pure Networks. It
simplifies Micrsoft Networking and may allow you to trouble shoot your network
    on your own.

Thank you for networking with D-Link.

    Sincerely,
    MICHAEL ALMEIDA
    D-Link Technical Support"

I followed the instruction they gave me, but still i got the same problems

    Anyone help?

    thank you
