i have just softmodded my xbox, but i still have the original MS dashboard. now im not real good with xbox(just got one) im more into psp. but when i watched a video of someone showing their xbox i seen there xbox starting with xbmc. i have burned AID and installed xbmc. got to the menu of it but was real lost to how to make it start when the xbox is turned on. well here is my question. How can make the xbmc dashboard come out when the xbox turns on instead of the dashboard. any help would be appreciated. i have searched for hours about this problem and found nothin.
if you know how to ftp into the xbox just go to the e folder and find dash bord folder and place the xbmc.xbe in there make sure it works on your xbox first buy putting it in your apps folder
NVM i found the problem. i dont know why but it starts whenever theres a dvd or a cd in. and no i dont know how to FTP in a xbox. dont want to try it because i heard alot that it could brick the xbox. so dont want to try it.
