k so i wanted to install a new HD in my xbox (dont worry its modded and u dont need to explain how), what is the biggest Hd that would work and fit in the xbox, because i want to backup as many games as i can (legally of course ;))?? and could u pm me a link to a website selling it for as cheep as i could get it? also, i might go the rout of burning backup games instead (depending on price) and in that case i would have to buy a DVD burner, how much do those cost? and do u know of any that deffinatly work? thanks for your help,

ok scratch that question, im deffinatly buying a 250+ HD (still need to know what speed), i've heard things about "the xbox automatically partitions the hard drive into sections" how does this work, and how large are the sections?? i have also heard a problem when the xbox is over 137 gigs... why is that?

    thanks alot for your help!

the problems with over 137 gigs is old that dont happen no more the patcher's they have for the hardrive make everything work perfect......and you can get any speed just make sure the HD is an ATA/IDE
