Bigger subtitles ?

    hi im encoding/burning anime movies with eng subtitles from avi.
    to dvd format with nero vision express 4.
    the subtitles when i watch on my pc are fine but when i burn them and
    play it on my dvd player to my T.V the subtitls are very small is there an easy way to make them bigger ?
    i know my T.V is alot bigger then my pc screen >.<

    Are they hard subbed? Because most fan subbed anime is. If they are hard subbed, then that means that the subtitles are part of the picture, so the only way to make them larger would be to zoom that part of the video.

    oh ok thx, I think they are hard subs but do you know how enlarge soft subs ?

    im using winavi converter and the encode options to make the video larger and then with that 4:9 ratio thing and then adjusted the size of height to fit it and im using better quality option then i burned it with nero now the subs look more decent its the simplest way i could figure it out.

    Soft subs you just set the font to be larger or if they are VOBSub's, set the size larger, but then they are going to look more pixelated.
