you'll need to use dvd decrypter in iso write mode to accomplish this task. Each bin file has a corresponding cue file, just open dvdd up and load each bin file one at a time, per disc. Then burn it.You wont need to add the cue file its automatic. so you will end up with 4 discs for the game.
