I've searched all over for this on the internet and I get completely lost when someone gives instructions on this. Anyway I'm trying to burn a movie to dvd (not cd) and it's a bin and cue file. I have nero and alcohol 120% so I was wondering how I'd burn this to a dvd with one of those two programs?

Have you actually tried to burn it with Alcohol? Open 'Image burning wizard', then follow the rabbit...

    Hi xxhiexx,

I assume the bin/ cue is in vcd format and burning the file to dvd will probably be best using nero being that the file will most likely increase in size then nero recode would do the trick to get it in compliance with dvd size/ format. I would first extract the image using isobuster ..that would give you an indication of the size of the bin file (actual movie file ) and whether adjustments need to be made (if nero recode is necessary). http://www.afterdawn.com/guides/archive/bin_cue_with_nero.cfm this link is helpful just apply the methods to dvd. Also use this guide in this additional link http://bbmayo.home.comcast.net/. Post back if you need more help. Good luck.

P.S. I do not use alcohol but from what I gather I would try nero then alcohol using the image burn wizard.

Thanks for the help, I found that guide but it only mentioned CD and I wasn't sure if it worked for DVD or not. I'll do what you suggested, I really appreciate it.

you can also get vcdgear, load the cue,it then converts to mpeg.open divxtodvd, convert that mpeg to dvd, burn with nero onto a blank dvd-r.
