ok this is probably a stupid question but i need it clarified...i burned a bin/cue to a CD-r/rw (not sure haha) and it doesnt work in my dvd player but works in my gf's one...its my dvd player rite? if so are there any other alternatives.
bin /cue files are just image files.More often than not they will play in dvd players.Was this a movie file, if so its probably in a vcs or svcd format (mpeg1) and therefore your girlfriends dvd player can read it where as your's cant.Your alternative would be to reconvert the vcd to mpeg2 and then reburn it to dvd disc to see if you can play it that way.Its a slightly boring time consuming effort but who knows the end result might be worth it.Or just get a dvd version and make a copy
