I have a movie file that is encoded in Bin codec and ofcourse I have VLC since it plays everything. My problem is that I have Cucusoft Converter 7.07 Pro that don't seem support BIN formats. So I am not able to convert file to dvd-video format with Cucusoft Converter 7.07 pro.

I basically downloaded the Media Coder program from the filepedia and had to trans code it basically. I am not really familiar with this so I am going to have to learn as go. I converted it and I guess I messed up the bin file because the avi conversion replaced it and the quality was worst. Still pretty good but definitely a noticeable degradation in resolution.

man, it is a bin file. .bin is not a codec, it is an image file. You have to extract the mpeg2 frames(video) from the bin file. You do this by using iso buster...pop the .bin file into isobuster and extract the video from it. Extract the video from it...most likely a .avi file, then feed the video file you extracted into cucusoft and convert it.
