    Please excuse my ignorance in this matter.I
    downloaded some files with .bin extension,
    I want to burn a CD to install / use these game files in my computer.What do I have to
    do to "unpack" these files,like using .zip or .iso?
    I have a Nero 5.5.10 softer, after burning
    the CD, does the computer understand these
    files normally and will the install work?
    Thank you for any explanaition of the pro-cedure.

    Regards;
    Nicolau

    Hi,

    .bin and .cue files are simply CD image files. To burn to a cd you just open nero, click cancel if a window pops up, and then File>Burn Image and select the cue file, ensuring the bin and cue files are in the same folder/location.

    Yes, you will have a standard CD when they are burned.

    Not trying to be a dick cause maybe you missed, But you didn't happen to see the .BIN/.CUE/.ISO FAQ READ FIRST at the top of this page? If you would have read this you wouldn't have needed to ask. Also about 3 posts down there is someone with a very similiar question. Sometimes it's better to read before posting. I frequent a few forums that will tell you this once then your banned. I learned the hard way with that so I figured I would give you a heads up.
