I just burned a bin file of a VCD and the picture is fine, but the audio is crackling. I burned using nero 5.5.10.0 at 16x my burner has a 2mb buffer that NEVER goes below 98%._X_X_X_X_X_[small]asking question never hurt[/small]

you should burn at a lower speed than 16x anyway. Also did you check the vcd on your computer first before burning to the cd to see if the audio is ok??

I see on a page on Net that the Nero doesn't burn bin images correctly. Don't remind the adress of this page (i visited a lot).

I'm not shure about this, only read on some place!

Get the adaptec's ASPI installer to burn with cdrdao on VCDeasy (some carefulll nedded on this ASPI driver) if you runnig Windows 2000 forget-it.
    www.pixtran.com/support/kb/1627b.shtml
After install this ASPI upgrade, DVD-ripping becomes more fast!
I set to use DMA for all drives. Do-it!
