.bin file

    Once again hello!!

    Guys I know this is where I am going to find help.How do I open a .bin file? I tried winrar but failed.

    If it's a VCD, then VCDEasy will extract the mpeg.
    The link is for the last free edition.
    Select 'Tools' from the left side window, then 'BIN/NRG file' button on the lower section of the next screen.
    Browse to and load the BIN file.
    Click on the 'XML file' button and name the xml file then the 'Rip' button.

    Man this is becoming complicated. This is not VCD but the file I downloaded from the net. It is the game file. You got it?

    Well BIN is one of those generic file prefixes used for many types of
    data.
    Try ISOBUSTER

    If it is a image of a disc, use imgburn to burn the .bin file.
    Also try to rename it from .bin to .iso then try to extract the contents with winrar( if it doesn't work, just rename it back to .bin)
