.bin files

    hi all can some one help pls i am trying to open a binery file wit no sucess is there a programe that can help tanx

    Is it a CD Image? How big is the file?

    it's in an email and the size is 768 kb

    not sure what your trying to do......but vcd gear is the ultimate tool for bin files:)

    A bin file can be anything without an extension. By the size I would guess it is either a text file or a cue/toc file or even a .nfo. It's likely to be a virus if it has arrived as an email attachment.. nfo files can alter system settings........

    Try something like ISOBUSTER to see inside the BIN file.
