Hey there I would have to say I'm new to all this but any help would be greatly appreciated. I recently recieved a game from the internet called Still Life and was given 2 cds with only 2 bin files (no cue's) I created in notepad as follows for the 1st bin file: FILE "C:\Still_Life_2CDs\CD1\cd1-Still_Life.bin" BINARY TRACK 01 MODE1/2352 INDEX 01 00:00:00 ("Being the installation directory and bin file name" Thankyou to cd-rw.org for that info) Then renamed the .txt file to a .cue in "cmd", mounted the .cue with "daemon tools", and surprise surprise it reads "Windows cannot read from this disk. The disk might be corrupted, or it could be using a format that is not compatible with windows". Iv'e since tried multiple .iso conversion tools including, "Bin2Iso","UltraIso", "MagicIso", and also tried reading the boot image (the bin file) to mount to a blank cd with "Alcohol120", "MagicIso" and "nero (which never works on my computer)" and it always says either the same as above or it reads the cd and it's title but there is nothing inside of its contents. If anyone has any ideas please throw them at me i'm all ears. Cheers
Yea i gave it a go but no luck. maybe the actual bin file is faulty but i cannot see why that be the case for both cds.
