I have 3 .Bin and their corresponding .Cue files. I have scoured these forums and the guides but I can't find anywhere on here that tells you how to combine 3 bin files into one? If there is and i have missed it, id appreciate it if someone could point me in the right direction.

However I have had a few bin files before, and the way i usually put them onto DVD is to mount the bin files using daemon tools, then copy the mpg it procudes, then i use TMPEnc to cut and merge the mpg's so i have one file. I then use Nervo Vision express to put that as .Vob files, then I use DVD Shrink to change the .Vob files into a .Iso and make it the right size for DVD burning.

However with my latest attempts I have got as far as merging all the mpg's together into one, and using Nero Vision express to create my Vob files. But when i try to open these Vob files in DVD Shrink it comes up with the error:
    ----------------------------------------
DVD Shrink encountered an error and cannot continue.

Failed to open the file "C:filenameVIDEO_TSVTS_01_7.VOB"

The system cannot find the file specified.
    ----------------------------------------

I don't know why it's asking for a _7.VOB, I have tried copying _6.VOB and renaming it to _7.VOB and it asks for _8.VOB then (i did this till it asked for _9.VOB) Why is it asking for this file when nero blatently didnt create one?

Also I've thought of the possibility it was the program so i tried using DVD2One and it came up with an error saying the sampling rate was wrong (which means? and how can i change it so its "right"?)

Sorry for being an utter noob but its really annoying me now :(

theres an easyer way, mount them - copy the mpegs out of the bins convert them all to DVD compliant format with mainconcept mpeg encoder, then put them through tmpeg and burn with tmpeg, voila one DVD

and i am assuming these are non-retail movies?
eg, home videos, or anything like that?

I'm in the process of changing each mpg to dvd format. The first mpg is now 2.2gb, and the second and third are likely to be as big, Do you recomend i use DVD Shrink in the process, or is there another program you would use but u didnt mention in "how you would do it"

lol, do everything - even tmpeg, (dont burn with tmpeg straight away - wont fit) when youve finished everything if it is over 4.5gigs or so then u use DVD shrink, and it will shrink it to right size then burn with nero, or any burning app --- and there u go, perfect

    Thanks again Loner.

I don't know if you have any kind of seniority on this site, if you do can I suggest you put this as a guide or in some kind of FAQ, because i know it will help alot of people out, if you aint got that power, then i hope someone who does reads this post and does the same.

[bold]Steps to putting a .Bin (or multiple .Bin's) onto DVD[/bold]
    Sofware needed:
    - Daemon Tools
    - TMPGEnc
    - MainConcept MPEG Encoder
    - DVD Shrink
    - Nero Vision Express
    - Nero Burning ROM
[bold]1)[/bold] Load up Daemon tools, and set the number of drives to 1. Mount the .cue file of your .bin file onto the drive. Open the new drive in windows explorer, and browse through the folders till you reach the folder "MPEG" open this folder and copy the file called AVSEQ01.MPG to another folder (not on the same drive - obviously). Unmount the image, and rename the file to something more appropriate for instance "homemovie1.mpg". Repeat this step if you have more bin and cue files untill you end up with "homemovie1.mpg", "homemovie2.mpg" and so on.

[bold]2)[/bold] Load up MainConcept MPEG encoder and as the video source select one of your mpg files. When loaded, the audio should have already been filled in, but if not select the same path (the same file) as the video. Choose a file location and name for the new file to go and check out the frame entitled "Output Format", here there are a few drop down boxes, on the one that says MPG format, click the box and select DVD from it, then select the rest of the regional settings (PAL or NTSC) I suggest leaving the stream type and audio layer as they are unless you are an advanced user and know exactly what they do. When this has finished, repeat again for any other mpeg's you have.

[bold]3)[/bold] If you have only 1 .mpg skip this step and go straight to step 4, if not read on. Open up TMPGEnc and close the mpg wizard if it shows upon loading. Click File, then MPEG Tools. On the tabs of the MPEG tools window, click the far right one, "Cut and Merge" Now simply load into this window the files you want to merge "homemovie1.mpg" "homemovie2.mpg" etc (make sure in the correct order) then select the path and name of the outputted file and click Run. When this has finished you will be left with one large file that has combined all your mpg's into one. You can delete your singular files now if they are taking up valuable HD space.

[bold]4)[/bold] Load up Nero Vision Express and follow the simple wizard to create a new project. You simply want to add your .mpg to it, create the menu's and such then click run (warning this can take along time depending on ur hardware, the file size and settings chosen). This after god knows how many hours will leave you with a folder named VIDEO_TS and all the needed files inside it.

[bold]5)[/bold] Load up DVD Shrink, and click the open Files button. Select your VIDEO_TS folder and click the Backup button. This will not only shrink the size of the files to fit on to a DVD (if needed) but will also produce a .ISO file which is very easy to handle and store etc.

[bold]6)[/bold] Load up Nero Burning ROM and select the recorder tab, then Burn Image. Select your .iso file and ka-pow you have your home made movie(s) onto DVD.
