binary newsgroups

    How do you download MP3's with newsgroups instead of P2P?

    You need a newsgroup client program on your PC (for binary Outlook express is not recommended). I use Newsbin Pro and it does the job.

    You also need an ISP that has decent retention on their newsgroup servers. If this is not the case you can sign up with a newsgroup provider (easynews, supernews) but this costs extra monies.
