i have a few settings in my new bios im not sure what to put:

    1) CPU host freq (100-355): according to the manual it should be set to 200 for 800FSB speeds (which i did, just double checking dont want to damage anything).

    2) AGP/PCI/SRC fixed: according to the manual it says "adjust AGP/PCI/SRC asychrohous with CPU"...currently it is set to 66/33/100 but there are like a bagillion choices.

    3) Mem Freq for: currently set to auto. according to the manual it says
    1.33 Memory Freq = Host Clock x 1.33
    1.6 Memory Freq = Host Clock x 1.6
    2 Memory Freq = Host Clock x 2
Auto = set mem freq by DRAM SPD data (default value)

These are settings that can be changed to allow for overclocking. If you set the CPU speed to "automatic" these should all be automatically set as well. As far as mem latency, you should be able to set to auto as well.
