BIOS

    my computer recently been formatted and had the OS reinstalled. I begining to notice the same latency problem when online. I believe i need to update my BIOS, but never have before. Can someone please assist me in this task?

    My motherboard is an ABIT ICG-7

    check in your bios or motherboard manual to see if the bios does an update online or have to download the updates.

    when your computer 1st posts before going into windows, look at the top right corner to see what version you have than download all the ones after that.
