Bit of a problem

    Hello fellas.
    Taff here from sunny Wales. I wonder if anyone can point me in the right direction. I've had a Eurovox for quite a while now and am very pleased. I was recently down the pub and the in-laws was babysitting, when the codes went on the T.V. They had a bit of a play with the remote and by the time I got back all the channels had been deleted. I done a quick scan, fine and sorted out all the channels back to normal, all OK but there is no sound on any channel now ! I'm not the best when it comes to technical things , but it isn't the mute on the box or the T.V. and it is now driving me crazy. Anyone help, please

    push the scarts in at the back of the box and the tv
