bittorrent and a firewall, please read

    I download things on bottorrent(duh), but my speed only goes up to 2 bars and says "online, maybe firewalled". Tell me how to change this.
    I'm not no computer noob, far from it, just want to get other opinions on how to change this so that all posibilities can be exploited.
