BitTorrent on Verizon 768K DSL - Has anyone tried this?

    [bold]If anyone has tried this, can you comment on what speeds you get?

    Upload, and download, if possible.[/bold]

    At the moment, I have Adelphia cable high-speed internet, and I get about 600kB/s down, 60kB/s up. Service is $45/mo.
