What happend is i had a ton of videos split into scenes and i merged them. but i never added chapapters to them. so i need a tool that can do this.

well fist im not using this for dvd's. second the whole point of this is so i dont have to do it manualy..

lol that was my bad lol. you see i dont really know how to word it... i thing that was kinda what i needed was Comskip http://www.videohelp.com/tools/Comskip cause it had the abilty to list black frames and set an intervel... avidemux can also do this but there is no intervel so i get EVERy black frame..
