My PSP will not turn back on. The green light will light up if the charger is plugged in. Just a black screen. Will a new battery fix this issue, or am I going the wrong way with it. Jeremy
I have tried adjusting this, but when I press the power button it turns green, but when I let go of it, then it goes back to it's original status.
iT WAS ON MY HAND BAG ON A TRIP AND WHEN I WAS READY TO USE IT WHEN I GOT BACK HOME IT DOD THIS, SO IT VERY WELL COULD HAVE BEEN BUMPED OR SOMETHING.
OK I WILL TRY THIS, I WAS HOPING TO NOT SEND THIS TO SONY. i HAVE THE EXTENDED WARRENTY, BUT WANTED TO SEE IF IT WAS SOMETHING SIMPLE.
Oh sorry! I am at work and the software I'm in requires it. Sorry! No what ever stock it came with, I bought it last aug-sept. I have not done anything special to it or uploaded any new software to it.
i wudnt get a new battery just take out your old 1 and pluge the charger in and switch it on! if the psp boots and comes on then its your battery if it doesnt then it is something else!
I tried this and I get no power whatsoever... I think it may be something internally wrong. thanks for the help man...
