My PSP will not turn back on. The green light will light up if the charger is plugged in. Just a black screen. Will a new battery fix this issue, or am I going the wrong way with it.

I have tried adjusting this, but when I press the power button it turns green, but when I let go of it, then it goes back to it's original status.

try another battery in it. if that doesn't work something might have come loose inside the psp.

Oh sorry! I am at work and the software I'm in requires it. Sorry!

No what ever stock it came with, I bought it last aug-sept. I have not done anything special to it or uploaded any new software to it.
