Black & White 1 Slow Frame Rate Problem please help!

    People, i borough the ol' black and white 1 game cd from a friend of mine, and i've been trying to play it but it gives me stuttering and low frame rate even at 640 X 480 with low detail, i tried upgrading and downgrading my driver, but it doesn't help, my machine specs are

    Geforce 6200 128MB DDR Asus
    AMD 1.7GHZ Athlon XP
    512MB DDR 333 Kingston
    SBLIVE 5.1
    80GB & 60GB HDD's
    Windows XP Strip2da Bone Edition

    I know this machine is old, but it's not too old for almost 6 years old game right?, please help me out,
