actually, he had to get a copy of the disc so he can figure out what the issue is, maybe he didn't get ahold of a copy yet?
Cool! Thanks for the info on the series. I think I remember something playing on cable, but it didn't have Snipes. I don't think I will be buying this one... BTW, is it possible for someone to upload the IFOs on this disc? I am curious as to what this corruption looks like. Without the actual disc a patch would be impossible or highly unlikely at best, but I can maybe give a strategy on how to get rid of the corruption.
For those of you who don't know where to look for such things, here's the plot and characters for Blade House of Chthon: Rapper Kirk "Sticky Fingaz" Jones takes over the title role of Blade from Wesley Snipes, who played him on the big screen, in this supernatural action thriller that originally aired as a television pilot. As evil vampires prepare to become invincible with the aid of an experimental vaccine, Blade turns to Krista Starr (Jill Wagner) -- a beautiful girl grieving the loss of her brother -- to go undercover in the nocturnal underworld. You can guess what happens (think sword), just not the exact storyline. I missed this one on TV, but I'm thinking "Sticky Fingaz" has his work cut out for him to fill Snipes shoes as Blade. I'll try to be fair, but Snipes nailed that role 3 times. Plus, where's Blade without his sidekick (played by Kris Kristofferson)? @abcd You're just a whiz. This title isn't available for sale yet locally. That's deep suburbia for you. LOL I ordered it just to see what's up. I've got all the 3 Blade movies with Snipes. By the time I get it, all the fun will probably be over. I think I'll not update any software just to see what fun everyone is having. Did you do this one Movie Only or did you do the Full DVD? Also, did you rip or use AnyDVD in driver decryption mode? Forgive me if you mentioned it before, the thread is getting a bit long and I didn't see it if you did.
aabbccdd, Have you watched it yet and if you are in region 1 then you are the only person that used those 2 programs and got it to work
So you can not rip Blade House of Chthon with AnyDVD and CloneDVD yet? edit by creaky- eperez1 will not be daft enough to talk about rent & burn on Afterdawn in future..

Mike i was wrong the backup will not play. i was able to do the main title that was like 1:03 long and it played back. but if you do all the titles with the meuns it will not play back. it will transcode and burn though but not play back
ive been trying since last week it keeps either shuting down my programs or freezing them. why does this dvd have new protection??,it isnt even a big title????its only a straight to dvd theyre usually the easiest...

ok i read the post from the link above about the new protection but why introduce it on a dvd like this, instead of a dvd that more people are interested in??? like a big movie that was in theaters or something....just think its weird...
Because this is a test. If this protection is sucessfull than they will start doing it with others. So, this protection is dangerous if someone doesn't crack it.
yes but keep in mind a few people had issues getting their dvd players to read this disc, that alone might force them to junk the idea. Im sure it will be cracked within a week or so
