Ain't no Sam's anything here BIG xcept Uncle Sam. Lol... City voted against Wally coming in and putting the small mom n pops out of business. Good sale, that's about how much Office Max puts them when they have their 100 cake box on a good sale.

    Happy New Year to all.

Well thats better than paying $69.99 for 8x TY white inkjet printables (200 pack) at SMS. But then I prefer inkjet printable CD's & DVD's.

    http://www.supermediastore.com/taiyo-yuden-white-inkjet-printable-8x-dvd-r-media.html

A better deal (for me) would be the today only Verbatim 8x Datalife Plus white inkjet printable which is only $56.99 for a 200 pack which is a $20 savings.

    http://www.supermediastore.com/verbatim-8x-dvd-r-white-inkjet-hub-printable-94854-rebate-200.html

Of course if you miss that then the TY 8x valueline white inkjet printable will still be $59.99 for a 200 pack.

A little bummed that allmediaoutlet.com went out of business. They were my supplier for TY premium dvd-r's. Can't go wrong for 8X media and free shipping with them. I have ordered from supermediastore.com once in the past and will most likely be going to them now. They have comparable prices to what allmediaoutlet.com had.

Still waiting to jump on the dual-layer bandwagon. Can't justify the price when I can still burn dvds onto a single layer.

I've been using SMS and Meritline lately. I just ordered 200 TY's (valueline 8x) from SMS for $39.99 delivered. I know they aren't the premium line but I've had very good luck with the valueline. ;)

I too compare between Supermediastore & Meritline to find the best price for white inkjet printable (Verbatim & Tayio Yuden) DVD plus CD media too. Always have had great service with both companies.

Go Bucs... LOL. I'm a Falcons fan...

On topic: Rima's everyday prices (TY 8X DVD+R printables) are usually lower than supermediastore even with SMS's free shipping deals.

I have bought close to 800 of those RiData disks. I usually average 2-4 bad burns per 100. I have even gone thru 250 before I get a failure. They are right now my 2nd favorite disks to use after my favorite TDK's.

If you have a Microcenter in your area (like I do in Houston) they have Verbatim + or - R 50 packs for $12.99 each plus local sales tax. My Houston store has 69 of the + R & 14 of the - R in stock. I don't know if any is MIT though as I didn't look on the wrapper. They are not the inkjet printable discs just the regular type you use a sharpie on. Might be worth a look if you have a Microcenter store nearby.

    Here are the $12.99 pages

    - R

    + R

What I don't understand is they have the exact same media on another pair of pages for $24.99 each.

For those who like the Verbatim printable. Our local Sam's Club has Verbatim + or - 16X MIT inkjet printable at $23.34/100 (+sales tax). They are not the full hub printable but the ones with the 36mm non-printable centers.I thought this to be a pretty good price for the made in Taiwan discs.
