Blitz the league. I can't backup It

    I have an Italian version of the xbox console. When I launch the usa backup version of blitz the league it doesn't start and the console freeze on a black screen. I try to patch It with Craxtion4 and to extract an recreate the image with ISOCraxtion 3.1. But It never works :(. Should I patch It? I cant't even find a patch on the net. How can I do?

    FTP to your Xbox and clear the CACHE folder's then try.
