    What do you do if you can't access the internet? How do you fix it? At this point it wont let me install anything? Please help TY

    My pc got infected with a blodhound.W32.EP and I have a CD/DVD burner! Can you help me how to remove it? I have norton but it cant remove it! What can I do?
