blue box not working after fix

please help got a blue vox clone made the error of installing normal firmware instead of cloned one box just shows 0000 on front of vox and nothing works handset does not allow me to get into menu any help would be welcom

hitech sorry i was a while getting back tryed what you suggested cable to tv + factory reset reflashed only getting free stuff thats after power scan anything else i can try i would be happy with any help ta

 

silly billy downloaded fta firmware instead of the correct file alright now thanks again
