Blue screen of death with following error

    Hi guys. for the last few days I have been getting the blue screen of death and don't know what to do. I have searched high and low, but am unable to find a solution to fix it, so I am hoping that you guys can help me.
    I am getting the stop code 0x000000D1
    and the file is RtLnixp.sys

    Please help me out as my computer keeps dying on me. Thanks.

    Can you post everythign the BSOD says? This will help a lot.
