Bluetooth Connection Problems.. (V3)

    I went out and bought the Motorola Bluetooth Phone Tools kit and I am having a severe problem for my PC trying to find 'discover' my Motorola Razr and is it normal for the things to take a few times and I know all that stuff about how you have to reset it every 60 seconds but it's making me agravated because it's not working!
