    can any one tell me how to set up bluetooth on pc

    depends on what you need it for ie from pc to pc, or from pc to phone etc but when i plug in my bluetooth my pc automatically recognized everything and set up make sure that your pc is upto date also letting us know what operating system you are running may be useful mate :)

    Does the PC have a built in adaptor or a plug in adaptor?

    What version is your pc?, xp,98 etc if its xp it should be bluetooth ready and any bluetooth device you plug into your pc should be reconised straight away and ready to be used straight away
