Hello I use nero vision express to convert my videos to dvd burnable format. When i just click the video file to watch on my computer there is no blur on the bottom but when i convert with vision express i get this blur on the whole bottom of the picture. Now it only happens with SOME conversions. Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this and how i might be able to fix it? Thanks in advance
