Bluray player requires an unknown update please advise

Hi

My problem today is in using either PDVD , showtime or ArcSoft total media theatre , all the latest versions as far as I know .The problem is when I load the movie in either program , as an Emulated ISO or as files on my HDD , I get the message that my Bluray player requires an update to play this file ,and am directed to vist my manufacturers site for such , but no such exists .

Please advise as to what Im in need of here , all my hardware and even this mentioned software is up to date ,I did a Bluray advisor check and all come out A ok .
