blurred area removal

    I have some adult video where certain portions are blurred and would like to remove the blurred part. Will someone please advise me how to remove the blurred part?

    Newbie, so not very knowledgeable. A free program would be nice if possible.

    Not possible AFAIK, it will have been filtered and processed like that (effectively "hardcoded", like some subtitles). No boobs for you, sorry.
