I have a problem with playing back some videos on my computer. There seems to be a blurry bar towards the bottom of the screen that is annoying and i was wondering if there was a way to get rid of it or even an explanation as to why its there in the first place. This only happens in some videos. I've used many other players but still there. Thanks in advance.
you can't get rid of the blur at the bottom of your dvd, that blurr was a time stamp or a notice telling the viewer that the disk you were watching was a dvd screener and not for public viewing or for rental or sale,
