with nero alot of the times with newer movie files i get a blurry bottom of the screen. Its a small bottom section of the screen thats blurry. it isnt a prob with encoding because when i preview it before encodign even the preview has the blurry bottom. Maybe its the raio i have. idk anyone else have probs like this. Maybe this has been discussed on the forums idk plz link if so. Thank you.
I just got nero7 and it still doin it. Roxio 9 doesnt do this but it blows it takes soooooooo long to load up and it crashes it has sooo many bugs its insane. But it also doesnt do this crap with the blurry bottm of the screen. The movie is the matador and it happens with the lake house as well. Ima the nero7 update now maybe that will fix it.
nero and roxio do not play good togeather so get rid of roxio, when you do this you will find that you won't have a blurry bottom, also what kind of media are you using? also what speed are you burning at? slower the better, also no multi tasking, hope that helps have a nice day
Ya I always look both ways before i cross the street and i always burn at the slowest speed... mama didnt raise no fool. But burning has nothing to do with it. When i previes it before burning it has a blurry bottom. The Media is AVI. It only seems to happen with newer movies. I'd go back to roxio but it just had too many bugs. Nero is the best its just that damn blurry bottom. The BLurry bottom occours even before it starts encoding so multi tasking i dont think is the prob. I orginally thought it was the ratio but i doubt. What'll do is rid of roxio and nero then reinstall nero. Thanks.
so this is happing before you do anything right? so i would say it has someting to do with the download that you have, where are you geting the avi from? torrents, or file sharing? i hope that you are not paying for this quailty of avi, if you are using a pay service i would get your money back, do you have this problem with a store bought dvd? when you try to back it up?
Correct sir. It looks top notch when i watch it on my comp you know as a media file with a media player. The second I add the file to burn and preview or to even add chapters it shows up. I sure as hell aint payin for it. I use torrents btw. Its just certain movies show up that way it also seems to happen with newer movie files i can link u to where the downlaod is if care to see for it your self. http://isohunt.com/torrents/?ihq=The+Lake+House the dl i got was the first one by aXXo and they usually do a top notch job. Thanks again.
one thing you should is always look and see if there are any coments posted on things that could be wrong with the file as far as audio out of sinc or choppy video so on and so forth, also you can leave comements at different sites but not on the site that you have posted, you might try different sites if this one is giving you the problem, there are so many out there, but like i said you must make sure that you get good quailty stuff, so make sure you read what is posted ok? hope that helps, also i don't use that site myself
Well I found the problem. It was the software I was using. It didn't have the current update which explains why newer movies were seeming to fall victim to the blurry bottom. I downloaded the 7.5 update off of the nero site and reinstalled it using the update. Not only do new movies work but it gave me new features so. Thank you for your input.
