[bold]Craxtion[/bold]

I got craxtion v.3.1 to open successfully, but do not know the details of how it works. Details such as "do I need to network my xbox w/pc? Does craxtion automatically recognize the files needed to burn?

Any other help or advice anyone could give me would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time.

yes you need a modchip to play your owned backed up games
you will also need your xbox modded to back up your games so you won't need to use craxtion just yet

Very basically you need to:

1) Chip your xbox using something like the x-ecuter chip

2) install a new bios on that chip so it can boot from it

3) install a dashboard, like evox, which is where you run stuff from.
