Hi i just got this software [bold]DVD X Copy Platinum[/bold],and i backed up one of my dvd's. But when i tried playing it in my computer and my dvd player in only played about 5-6 minutes of the movie then it would just freze up. I tried skipping up ahead to next chapters but nothing happens. Does anyone know what might have gone bad?
my suggestion is to be a little more detailed include formats media drive types methods etc. It sounds like a media problem to me and probably just about everybody. were there any errors during back-up. I'm just a newb but the one thing I know well there is a lot of knowledge in this forum just help them to help you.
