    This problem began yesterday. I am receiving a "cyclic redundancy error". Has anyone heard of this? I tried to unistall/reinstall but nothing has worked.

    Is this only happening with a certain movie (newer releases) or is it happening with every movie you try?

    You will need to use something else to Decrypt the newer movies out there. DVD Shrink and DVD Decrypter both are no longer updated so when the newer released movies come out with thier new encryptions these two proggys will most likely fail. Try getting DVDFab Decrypter or AnyDVD (both are updated fequently) If you need some help on using those check out some guides (my signature)

    Cheers

    @heav
    Just to add to bbmayo - crc errors can also be caused by dirty, scratched, bad presses. Check out #1 in bbmayo's FAQ section in his guides - lots of other good info in there too.
