Book type DVD-ROM is grayed out

OK I am trying to make a back up a movie but I am useing DVD-R so I need to uncheck the book type dvd-rom on my burn setting when I hit backup but it is checked and grayed out why. I have no clue I have a liteon burner.

 

DVD-R cannot be booktyped to Rom. Only +R.

yeah I know but the box is checked and grayed out so it will not let me uncheck it

 

well anyone have a clue on what the deal is.
I have the liteon shw-160p6s firmware is the p09
nero is the 7.8
so everything is the newest versions but have no clue why it won't let me uncheck the book type dvd-rom

 

It shouldnt really make any difference since dvd-r cant be booktyped. or atleast im sure it cant.

 

yes it does matter because if you are trying to use a DVD-R this must be uncheck or it will fail on the burn. Now it should be checked if you are useing a DVD+R. But any ways I uninstalled my shrink and reinstalled it now it seems to be working fine.
