I have an EVO N400-C by Compaq w/win XP Pro, some time ago it booted up and said: Non System Disk, Remove and strike any key! After looking at the hard drive and small cables under the keybord,I rebooted only to see disk controller failer, preceeded by 17xf (seventeen hundred something)!Do you think the hrive caught a surge or an cable unpluged? If a cable where can i get a Jpeg of my board for guidence? I pluged in another drive that i belive to be good and get the same thing! Please Help, Iam lost without my laptop,she's the only frind i have. Sincerely Lost and Praying for help!
