Booting from xp cd!!!

    I'm trying to do a clean install of windows xp home.
    When I boot from the cd, and choose install windows, it says there was no hard drives found. Now I plan to format my drive as well. Should that option come first? Or does it ask you after the first option.
    option 1: install windows, press enter
    2: repair, press r
    3: quit setup, press f3

    P.S It's the system I'm on now, so no connection problem with HD.
