Bottom gets cut off from movie when I play it on my HDTV (Solved)

I burnt a movie to a DVD using WinAVI and tried Nero too after I converted to DVD format from AVI format using WinAVI.

Whenever I play it on my HDTV, the whole picture is slid down and the bottom gets cut off. When I play it on my computer's monitor though, the picture fits perfectly. I tried converting it to 16:9 DVD format using WinAVI but it's still cut off on my TV but works with my monitor. No matter what picture size I try on my TV, it's still cut off.

Any idea what's causing this and how to fix it?

 

Never mind, I left it at "Target Format: Auto" instead of chosing NTSC. It works perfectly now after chosing NTSC.
